345e Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 345e website, downloading the 345e app, registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to all areas of the platform — slots, sports betting, bingo, live casino, the VIP programme and any other feature that may be added over time.

These terms apply alongside any specific rules that govern individual games, promotions or features on the platform. Where a conflict exists between a specific game rule and these general terms, the specific rule applies to that game only; these general terms continue to govern everything else.

If you are using 345e on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. In practice, accounts must be personal — see Section 3 for more detail on this point.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the 345e platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or commercial use is not permitted without explicit written agreement from 345e.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party — real money on 345e must be your own funds.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended by 345e for any reason. Attempting to create a new account after a ban constitutes a serious violation of these terms.
• You must agree to comply with all applicable terms, including responsible gaming obligations outlined in Section 9.

03 Account Registration

To use any real-money feature on 345e, you must first register an account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you will be asked to provide certain personal details including your name, date of birth, email address and preferred payment method. All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

Each person may hold only one active account on 345e at any time. Creating additional accounts — whether to claim welcome bonuses again, to work around a suspension or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances held across those accounts will be forfeited without exception.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes any bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 345e will never contact you by email, chat or any other channel asking for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified without contacting support and providing valid documentation.
• You must ensure your contact details — especially email — remain current so that we can send you important account notifications.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure after reasonable notice.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 345e are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect your account and ensure funds reach the correct person.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited into your account must be used for gaming on the platform. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without any gaming activity is not permitted and may result in account review.
• 345e reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on large transactions before processing them.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once they have been approved and dispatched. Please double-check your payment details before submitting a withdrawal.
• Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility. 345e does not add hidden fees to PKR deposits or withdrawals on its end.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

345e offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot games, bingo bonus credits, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms which will be clearly stated when the offer is presented to you.

Wagering requirements apply to most bonus offers. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The exact requirement will be stated in the offer terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in those funds being removed from your balance.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts will be treated as a violation of these terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, bets on some table games may contribute at a lower rate than bets on slots. This will be stated in the offer terms.
• 345e reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you are actively participating, your accrued progress will be honoured where technically possible.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

06 Game Rules and Betting

Each game and betting market on 345e operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game or betting interface. These general terms apply to all games; the specific rules of each game govern decisions related to that game in particular.

For sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20, international matches, football, esports and other events available on the platform — the following applies:

• Bets are accepted up until the stated market closure time. Bets placed after market closure will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market. Generally, bets on a match that does not complete will be voided unless a result has already been determined under the relevant rules.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds changes. 345e reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a match.
• Any bet placed in error cannot be reversed once it has been confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• 345e reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion, including for individual accounts where betting patterns are identified that suggest abuse.

For slot games, bingo and other casino-style games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage and game rules are determined by the game provider and will be displayed within the game interface. 345e does not alter game logic or outcomes — all results are generated by the provider's certified random number generation systems.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 345e and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in bingo rooms or live casino tables.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or during any identity verification process.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent any restriction applied to your account.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a legitimate transaction processed through 345e.
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language towards other players or support staff.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

345e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, violation of these terms, failure to complete identity verification, or a request from the account holder themselves.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will be notified where possible. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit or withdraw. If the investigation concludes in your favour, access will be restored and any pending withdrawals processed. If the investigation finds a violation of these terms, the account will be permanently closed.

• You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the 345e support team. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes will be processed promptly — see Section 9.
• Upon legitimate account closure at your request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms will not have balances returned where those balances include funds derived from prohibited conduct.

09 Responsible Gaming

345e is an entertainment platform for adults. We take responsible gaming seriously — not as a formality, but because it directly affects the wellbeing of our players. We encourage every player to approach gaming with a clear personal budget, a time limit per session, and an honest understanding that gaming outcomes cannot be predicted or controlled.

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming difficult to control, or that it is affecting your finances, relationships or daily responsibilities, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion and limit-setting tools available through the platform or to contact support directly to request account restrictions.

• Self-exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified period.
• Deposit limits: You may set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit on your account. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately; requests to raise a limit include a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: The platform can be configured to remind you how long you have been playing at set intervals.
• Reality checks: You may enable prompts that display your net gaming activity during a session so you can make informed decisions about continuing.

10 Privacy and Data

345e collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as set out in that policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your data is stored securely and accessed only by staff and systems with a legitimate operational need.

11 Limitation of Liability

345e provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the extent permitted, 345e's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of income, or losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

• 345e is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.
• Technical malfunctions during a game session — such as a disconnection before a result is recorded — will be handled according to the specific game's malfunction policy, which will aim to restore the player's position fairly where a reliable record exists.
• 345e does not accept liability for losses arising from your use of the platform in a territory where such use is restricted. Accessing 345e is your own decision and responsibility.

12 Changes to These Terms

345e may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and will display a notice on the platform. The updated terms will show a revised "last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 345e platform after changes have been notified and published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

We recommend checking this page periodically so you remain aware of the current terms governing your use of the platform. Minor clarifications and non-material edits may be made without formal notification.
